When international travel is arranged irregularly and for a holiday I believe a travel agent is crucial. I have travelled to India and Fiji using Ms Musgrove’s travel services knowing my flights are secured and transport is waiting for me, that if something goes wrong I have a professional who can sort it out or an alternative solution which I would not be able to do myself. We are recently returned from our fifth Christina Musgrove holiday. A monumental trip we couldn’t have even contemplated without Christina’s help. Five people (two of them teenagers), five weeks, five countries. Starting in London and moving south via a Eurail pass to Rome, we visited Paris, Salzburg, Innsbruck, Venice, Piedmont and Rome. Flew via Dubai and stayed a couple of nights there. Christina did a phenomenal job and we have amazing memories and family history we can cherish forever. It’s not that she finds great airline deals (although she does) or discovers the perfectly located and appointed accommodation within your budget (although she does this too), it’s not even that she gives you a number of transport options she’s carefully spent time researching and give you options and choice (she also does this). It’s that you know she’s got your back. Whether during the planning, booking or travelling phases (even tying up loose ends once you’re back). Christina is with you all the way, she knows your itinerary inside and out and she anticipates potential issues and deals with them before they even happen. So even when you are taking a family of five across the world for five weeks, you know you are going to have the trip of a lifetime because it’s all organised, booked, and sorted by Christina. We recently used Christian Musgrove Travel to organise a 4 week family vacation to Europe. Christina met with us to discuss our plans and came up with an itinerary that worked really well with what we wanted to achieve, keeping in mind the added difficulties travelling with an 11 month old. She arranged all the necessary plane, train travel and car hire along with accommodation which fitted really well with our personalities as well as contacting the hotels on our behalf to talk about our arrival. Christina ensured that we had reserved seats on all our travel and bassinet seats for all plane travel too. All of the recommended hotels were great and all offered fantastic customer service with baby cots ready and made up on our arrival. Christina went out of her way to ensure that all the boxes were ticked and sat down with us again prior to the trip to run through the itinerary and all the paperwork step by step. This gave us a lot of confidence knowing that all the bookings were confirmed, particularly when most of the ticket confirmations weren’t in English! After using ‘big brand’ travel agents on several occasions in the past, I can safely say that the service Christina and her team provide is hands down far superior and we will most definitely be using her services again for future travel arrangements.
